Amy Casseri is senior vice president, Physician & Provider Relations, Women & Children’s Services, and Imaging Services for HCA Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading providers of healthcare services.

Her role focuses on partnering with physicians and giving them voice to deliver high quality care, all of which are fundamental to HCA Healthcare as an organization. Amy joined the HCA Healthcare family in 2014 as vice president of Children’s Services. Throughout her career with the organization, she has continued to take on additional responsibilities such as women’s services and outpatient imaging where she has seen clinical and growth opportunities. Her leadership brings a consistent approach that standardizes services, increases volume and market share. Amy’s strategic perspective, operational mindset and collaborative approach makes her the ideal leader for these strategic areas. Recognizing and understanding key emerging growth channels, strategic populations, and meeting the needs of patients, payers and providers is paramount to the organizations growth and success.

A twenty year healthcare veteran, Amy previously served as senior vice president, chief strategy officer at Children's Hospital in Colorado (CHCO) and quickly expanded to help the provider system sector. Before joining CHCO, Amy served in senior leadership roles at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Children’s Hospital including most recently chief strategy, business development, and community relations officer. She served as the corporate officer for Great West for Tennessee, as well as senior officer for The Harvard Group. She received her Jurisprudence Doctorate and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Amy has received numerous recognitions for her leadership impacting the community and business. She serves on the National March of Dimes Board and Shalom Foundation as well as various for-profit organizations.
