Will Morrow is senior vice president of finance and treasurer for Nashville, Tennessee-based HCA, the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services. His responsibilities include HCA’s treasury functions, including corporate finance, investment management, cash management and management of relationships with the financial community. In addition, he has responsibility for the company’s special assets and innovation investment functions.
Morrow joined HCA in 2011, and most recently served as vice president of finance and treasurer, with primary responsibility for the company’s corporate finance operations. He previously served as vice president on the company’s business development team where he had responsibility for a variety of transactions and portfolio management operations.
Before joining HCA, Morrow was a partner in the Nashville office of Waller Lansden, primarily serving clients in healthcare, including HCA. He previously served in the New York and London offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and in the corporate finance department of AmSouth Bank.
Morrow graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He earned an MBA from the University of Alabama, and a law degree from Tulane University.
